Loleta Guest Home  is an ICF-DDN facility (Intermediate Care Facility Developmentally Disabled Nursing). It is located in the heart of  Los Angeles, in a small tight knit community known as Eagle Rock. It is a newly remodeled  5 bedroom home with 2 full sized bathrooms. Our home is designed for wheelchair accessibility so we welcome both  ambulatory and non-ambulatory clients.  Our staff are very friendly and caring. They are knowledgeable and have experience caring for a wide range of clients who are developmentally disabled. Model Residential Homes is a family owned business and we are very involved with our clients. We have been providing our services to Frank D. Lanterman Regional Center for over 15 years.
