Laverna Guest Home is an ICF-DDN facility (Intermediate Care Facility Developmentally Disabled Nursing). It is located in the heart of  Los Angeles, in a small tight knit community known as Eagle Rock. It is a newly remodeled  4 bedroom home with 2 full bathrooms large and  spacious  enough for  ambulatory and non-ambulatory clients.  Our staff are very friendly and caring. They are knowledgeable and have experience caring for a wide range of clients who are developmentally disabled. We are long time care providers who have been providing our services for over 15 years.
